One viewing is a romance. Two is a relationship. At Sunbeam we insist that every buyer revisit the property at a different time of day, because a sunbeam, like a cat, behaves differently when it thinks nobody is watching.
On the first viewing at 11:00, the lounge was perfect. On the second at 16:30, it was a gloomy cave with a suspicious smell of damp wool. This is why we do it. We would rather lose a deal than lose a friend, though I will admit we have lost both. Return in the morning, return in the evening, and make sure the sofa is not hiding a hoover.
