This Saturday at 11:00, Sunbeam Realty Group opens the doors of 14 Marmalade Lane for its monthly Open House. Please arrive hungry, because we will be offering complimentary treats, a selection of canapés in the shape of small fish, and a live demonstration of a sunbeam moving across the floor in real time.
Monty will be wearing the good tie. A harpist, who is secretly a recorded loop, will play near the stairs. There will be no pressure to buy. There will, however, be a great deal of gentle encouragement, from several angles, in a warm and intimate voice. Come for the treats. Stay for the ten year lease.
