Sold, Sold, Sold: Case Study of the Bay Window

Allow me to share a tale of triumph. Last month, a nervous tabby named Clementine came into our office holding a budget of 60 treats and a dream. She wanted a bay window. Nothing less. I told her bay windows were scarce, expensive, and also very good.

Eleven days later she moved in, with a lease for the narrow east side, a corner cushion, and a pigeon who visits at 7:45. She calls it paradise. The pigeon calls it Wednesday. We call it a successful transaction and a lovely photograph. If you want a story like Clementine’s, you know where our door is, though you will probably go through the cat flap.
